Why do we host an Annual Firebird Gala?
The Annual Firebird Gala is one of the most exciting events of the year. This evening of dining, dancing and auctioneering is the one time that all of our parents gather to celebrate the community they have built. You can and should invite your friends and other family members to this event (Yes, grandparents and your neighbors are welcome to attend!). Palm Valley is a unique independent private school, and our approach to individualized education is worth sharing with our larger community.
Many families own businesses or have connections to local businesses, who then donate goods and services for us to auction off during our silent auction. Each purchase goes directly to our Gala Fund, which is dedicated to campus improvements and often have a long-term capital improvement goal. Recent projects funded from the Gala include: new security fencing on campus, The Nest, our Sports Van and the new Lower School family gathering spot.

School Sound Updates
Every morning, we hold a school assembly at the Lower School. During this time, our students make the important announcements for the day. We are teaching them public speaking, leadership and poise. The kids are not letting us down, but our sound equipment is letting them down.
The Great Tuition Raffle
Outside of winning the lottery, Palm Valley’s Free Tuition Raffle is one of the most exciting raffles a person can enter. Parents (or grandparents) can purchase tickets on behalf of a student.
